Club Ambiance (Adults Only) Hotel Runaway Bay, Runaway Bay

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this resort. The hotel was advertised as all-inclusive, yet we were left hungry for hours after our arrival, and the food was very limited and unappetizing. While the rooms have potential, they are in dire need of repairs, and the overall atmosphere felt lifeless with very few guests. The one positive was that we were refunded promptly for the early check-in fee, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

My experience at Club Ambiance was less than ideal. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming, and I was quite disappointed with the quality of the food and drinks offered. While the location had potential, it was overshadowed by the poorly maintained facilities and lack of attentive service. The redeeming quality was the occasional friendly staff member, but it wasn't enough to save the experience.

While the small size creates a private atmosphere, the lack of activities and facilities can be concerning. Plus, I had an unsettling experience regarding safety that left me anxious during my stay.

I had a lovely time at this resort, even though it's clear that the place is showing its age. The staff was outstanding and went above and beyond to make us feel special, especially for my husband's birthday. However, the amenities and bar selection could definitely use some improvement. The overall value for money was decent, but some attention to upkeep would really elevate the experience.
